As discussed during the just finished Alumni meet on the Coordinators and Office bearers meeting, here are the dates and the agenda for the meet at Parthi :

Dates : 2 days meet

Day 1  :  27th Feb 2010, Saturday

Day 2  :  28th Feb 2010, Sunday

  Agenda :

a) What can the students body do or contribute for Swami’s 85th birthday. Basically on the service we can render during the birthday time.(Authorities have started looking at students body as a powerful body which can take up some responsibilities along with the state organisations during 85th birthday, which may have both financial and service implications on what we can do/deliver. This issue was also raised by Shri Chakravarti Garu during our interaction with him after the 1st Jan Meet)

 b) Plan for 1st Jan 2011 (General Direction, path way, how do we organize ourselves, what do we present for the programme etc)

c) Over all as a Students body what are our responsibilities, what is expected out of us, what Swami expects out of us, what we can deliver and how we can participate in Swami’s mission.

Timing for Discussions :

27th Feb 2010

First Session                 :           9.30 am to 12.30 noon.

Second Session            :           01.30 pm to 03.30 pm

Third Session                :           8.00 pm to  10.30 pm (session after dinner)

28th Feb 2010

First Session                 :           8.30 am to 12.30 noon.

Second Session            :           01.30 pm to 03.30 pm

Third Session                :           Sit for Evening Dharshan and Present the Proceedings to Swami.

We may be flexible on timings as the need be to ensure to have some meaningful outcomes. Better to keep an extra day free after the meet for all the practical reasons.
