Sai Ram.

All of you must be aware that Prashanthi mandir is overflowing with overseas devotees for Christmas and New year. Last year they were discouraged to come in numbers, so this year they have come and swarmed the mandir and have occupied the avaiable accommodation in the mandir. Added to this is the fact that 4 of the sheds were demolished to build RCC buildings.

In these conditions, Swami in HIS immense grace had granted us the following accommodations :

1. New Double Decker building behind Books and Publications building & Old hostel for the boys ( Two Buildings can accommodate over 1000 boys)
2. While Anantapur Women’s hostel had been allocated to the women folk.
   

You were aware through the earlier mail that Swami personally went to womens hostel (which is towards the North Block buildings) to check the place. After HE visited  HE had instructed the maintenance staff to ensure that the place is kept well.

Swami also sent our brothers around HIM to go and inspect the boys accommodation as well and got the feed backs from them.

We are immensely fortunate to get Swami’s grace in this form.

Since it is imminent that men and women have different accommodations, it is advised that the travel bags they bring with them be planned in such a way that they do not have any inconvenience in managing their dresses. Basically it would be better to have separate travel bags as far as possible.

Boys are also requested to come with at least 2 pairs of white dresses.

As informed earlier, kindly carry woolen clothing and blankets for the night.

The inside information is that to whom so ever Swami is interacting with (specially VIP’s from out side) HE is telling them that “My boys are coming for 1^st Jan” with lot of excitement. More than us Swami is exited to see us. Lets welcome HIM into our Hearts.
