It is that time of the year when many amongst us would be busy making our plans and booking tickets to get to Parthi for the 1^st of January. Well the buzz and excitement is not just ours. There have been quite a few interesting things happening in Parthi and Swami has already got students and elders running on their toes, meticulously planning for the alumni meet.

For a starter, the coming alumni meet has been blessed by Bhagwan to be the curtain raiser for the 85^th birthday celebrations. This only goes to show the special place of love that we hold in His heart; for innumerable groups of devotee from all across the globe assemble pleading for a chance to put up a program in front of Him; and He chooses us.

Added to this, Bhagwan has lovingly blessed the alumni in our preparations for the alumni meet. We don’t hold His attention just for a couple of days around the 1^st of January; rather He has us in His mind all year through!

After the shower of love, affection and attention that we all received from Him last year, who wouldn’t want to make it this time too! Special PC session, lunch for boys and their family, the longest queue of boys blessed with padanamaskar and many with photos! Every year gets more and more thrilling.

We have been the single group in the whole eight decades of His earthly sojourn who have received the most. We can possibly never repay this love. However, as the slightest sign of our gratitude; nay love; let us strive to flock back to home sweet home. To bring upon our dearest Mother the benign smile of pride that makes our lives worth living.

This perhaps is the best way to start a new year, to fill it with love, success and beauty, to fill it with our Swami.
